Amwal Invest will be holding its general assembly on Sunday March 7th, 2010 at the Four Seasons Hotel, Ballroom A to discuss the meetings’ agenda.Ordinary general assembly will initiate at 11:00 A.M and will be followed by the extraordinary general assembly to start at 12:00 P.M.
Shareholders are kindly requested to attend the meeting or assign another shareholder to attend on their behalf by signing the proxy paper and posting it at Amwal head office, located in Wadi Abdoun, Princes Basma Street, opposite Tabbalat Gas Station, at least three days prior to the meeting.
