Mr. Mutasem Faouri is the CEO of Amwal Invest PLC. He holds many other posts including Chairman of the board to a number of companies like Sura Development & Investment PLC, Awtad for Financial and Real Estate Investment, Amwal Brokerage, in addition to being Vice Chairman of the board of Arab Jordanian Insurance Group, Al Ahlia Enterprises PLC. He is the company representative of Amwal Invest to Salam Bounian board.

Mr. Faouri is an active board member of numerous social & trade organizations such as, French Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Jordan (CAFRAJ), Injaz Jordan, and Young Arab Leaders. He has a Diploma in Finance from New Castle College, UK and a BA in Business Studies from the University of Brighton, UK. He has also concluded several courses in Investment Banking and Finance.

Mr. Habash holds an MBA in Finance and a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Jordan. He is a CFA charterholder and CAIA charterholder. He is also a Certified Investment Manager from Jordan Securities Commission.

Mr. Habash has over 14 years of experience in investments and banking. Prior to joining Amwal Invest, he was a Portfolio Manager in the MENA Asset Management Division at Global Investment House. He was responsible for managing several regional funds and discretionary portfolios.

Previously he was a Financial Analyst in the Asset Management Division at Atlas Investment Group (now AB Invest, a subsidiary of Arab Bank), where he managed several institutional portfolios.

Prior to joining Atlas, he held different posts at Standard Chartered Bank.

Mr. Maraqa holds an MBA degree from Canisius College, Buffalo, New York and he is been a licensed Certified Public Accountant under the State of New York jurisdiction since 2006.

Prior to Joining Amwal Invest, Mr. Maraqa spent over 5 years in experienced public accounting as he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Dubai on several financial audits in diversified industries

Currently, Mr. Maraqa is in charge of the Finance and Compliance Divisions of Amwal Invest.

Ms. Masri Holds a Bachelor degree in Economics and Finance from Yarmouk University, Masters Degree in International Business from the Institute of Diplomacy and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Financial Modeling from the London School for Business and Finance. Ms. Masri Worked for 7 years in USAID funded projects in various positions the last was the Head of Finance and Administration division. Currently Ms. Masri is in charge of the Research Department at Amwal Invest.

Ms. Haddadin holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Yarmouk University, is a Certified Public Accountant by the California Board of Accountancy and a certified and licensed Investment Advisor and Issue Manager by the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC). Ms. Haddadin has an overall experience of 8 years in accounting, audit and corporate finance; in international, regional and local firms both in Jordan and the UAE.

Ms. Gharbieh holds a B.A. Degree in Accounting from Al-Ahliyya Amman University; she started her professional career as an Internal Auditor on the Oil for Food program at UNISCO office (2004). In 2006, Ms. Gharbieh joined AB Invest as a Coordinator between brokerage and operations divisions and moved to become a regional broker on the Palestine & the GCC markets. Currently, she is working at Amwal Invest as a Regional Broker and as an Operations Supervisor responsible for regional brokerage, establishing & restructuring operations databases and developing work instructions.

Mr. Buttikhi holds a bachelor degree in Business Studies and Economics from The University of Kent, UK. He has over 8 years of experience in Operations Management, International Trade and Real Estate Portfolio Management.Currently, Mr. Buttikhi is in charge of the Business Development Department at Amwal Invest
