The paid-up capital of Amwal Invest is JD 42.5 million (US$60.0 million), and its shareholders include a group of local and regional financial institutions and prominent businessmen.
The Company provides a wide spectrum of financial services, including asset management, direct investments, corporate finance, research, and local and regional brokerage. Amwal Invest is licensed by the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC), to act as Investment Manager, Investment Adviser, Trustee, and Underwriter.
The Board of Directors of the Company lead by the Chairman Mr. Fayez Faouri is composed of seven members from various local and regional financial firms, who provide the Company with an in-depth knowledge and reach into regional capital markets, and the ability to better serve its clients.
Amwal Invest is headed by Mr. Mutasem Faouri, the Chief Executive Officer, and the management team include competent and highly qualified investment bankers, capital market specialists, accountants, legal advisors and economists, who have gained valuable experience in investment banking operations at local, regional and international institutions.
